It's very pretty and the service is very friendly, but the food didn't really blow me away for the price

Having a lot of envious people is the price of success. When I read reviews here that compare (and badly) the sushi glass with other Japanese restaurants, it seems that the owners or pseudo-reviewers inclined to the owner use this tool to damage competitors. I can't understand that, as the sushi glass has been celebrating Japanese cuisine at a consistently high level with a few shops in the city for years. Can't really judge the sushis because I almost always eat different things. But what I was served there was without exception delicious ...

Everything is just really bad. Not recommendable. For the price you got really bad compared to other restaurants. Service not friendly either. I recommend Fujiyama.

Compared to the newly opened Fujiyama, it's a joke. I went to eat both times and I have to say that for the price the fish tastes like the frozen one from Aldi. I will never eat sushi glass again. I highly recommend Fujiyama.

We were in the na sushi glass for the very first time and were so excited that we drove another 3 hours. In terms of taste, the starter, main course and dessert were simply of a very high standard. The sushi was competently fresh so that you could taste the taste of the individual components. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. We will be back definitely.

Good, as attentive and prudent service. Partly still real professionals. Sushi good-looking and of the appropriate quality. Not a "farmed salmon fondness" as many a culinary challenged troll post here 'Safely priced, but just within reasonable limits. (Drinks could be discussed there) The ambience has a rather useful charm and the background noise may put off some romantics. Otherwise a clear recommendation.

I'm definitely not going here because I couldn't put together more authentic ingredients than the usual fake wasabi and cheap farmed salmon. You go here for the experience. But when employees chat about their private things, there is a lack of respect for the setting. The best fish are never available here, which is what makes sushi in Japan. And even a Japanese couldn't explain to me what chili is doing in sprout salad ... ALL in all it is culinary average but definitely not worth the money. Better to order tuna belly and hamachi yourself, then you won't miss a thing, compared to all other western sushi restaurants in Nuremberg. At least the arrogant to lazy employee from 3 years ago no longer works there - an improvement ..

If this restaurant wasn't upscale it would be even better and probably would have gotten 5 stars from me. The food and service were ok. I won't go there again.

I'm a regular customer, but the last time the sushi lost its special taste. I have no idea what happened there. Therefore four out of five stars.

Cheap prices, good quality, a little slow service, but I blame Corona for that. Very friendly!

Super nice service and advice. Half of my food was forgotten, but was there within a maximum of 15 minutes. The waitress apologized very warmly. Food was still great. I love going here. <3

Good food but very slow service! If you eat there, there is no doubt you will be served a very good and fresh meal, even though I think it is overpriced for what it is. The service is extremely slow though. We were two persons and we stayed more than three hours in the restaurant for one drink, one meal and a dessert. We had to wave multiple times to make the waiter/waitress aware that we were waiting. At the end, we waved and said we wanted to pay but nobody never came so we had to go to the bar to be able to pay. The restaurant was not even full so I do not understand why it was so long. Again, the food was good. We ordered sushis and makis.

Very nice place with tasty sushi. Need to make reservation during fair dates. Ms. Derya is very kind and helpful. The kitchen is open and you can watch how they make sushi. Thanks to all the staff and chef.

Food is slow and soup noodle is not serve hot enough on a cold weather day :( I have order a Viet style Pho with beef that no taste at all... Welcome snack is a joke which sprouts in some non-tasted seasoning ... Staff is nice but not truly helpful at all...

For over 10 years, I have come to the sushi glass & have never had a day where the staff was not really friendly. Even now only up to date, this time with a toddler. Really: prudent, endeavored. The food I find varied and excellent fine. We personally love the appetizers & the sushi ... The scope is top. There is a lot of creativity, especially on the offer board. Ambience with open show kitchen for maximum transparency: 🙏

We go there regularly, food improves steadily, I especially enjoy the eldest chef it’s a pleasure watching him prepare the food. Good Job guys 👍🏻 For training purposes have a look with your best chef/chefs at Zuma London or Zuma Dubai

Best sushi at a proud price. Yes, I have visited many different sushi bars and would say this is the best. The ambience is consistent and the service very friendly. But that's all at the expense of the price. Nevertheless, I can only recommend it.

Very good Sushi with some nice Japanese beer! Came with a lovely apetizer and plenty of soya sauce.

Overpriced. Took almost 40mins for a salad bowl.

One of the few really good and quality sushi in these areas, it is ordered through sheets in which the desired dishes are marked, service a bit slow even though we went there early, despite this, when the courses arrived we were really amazed at the combinations originals and product quality. Prices slightly above average, but it is worth considering the quality.

Not everyone likes sushi. But if you do like it this is a must visit restaurant. Japanese food is well known for its quality and this restaurant keeps up top quality. Very delicious food and nice personnel and very fast service. It is not the cheapest restaurant but definitely worth the price. The quality is awesome

The food is delicious here I went with my brother on my birthday. We enjoyed our food. It's a bit pricey compared to my usual eateries but it's worth it still.
